الطلاق العاطفي او الروحي 

يعد الطلاق العاطفي من أسوأ الأمور التي من الممكن أن تحدث في الحياة الزوجية و بين الزوجين ، لأنه يعني الإتجاه نحو النهاية ، نهاية الحب ، و نهاية الزواج .
يحدث الطلاق العاطفي بين الزوجين عندما يعيشا سويا في منزل واحد ، و تحت سقف واحد دون أي مشاعر متبادلة بينهما ، و دون أي رابط عاطفي يجمعهما حتى وإن وجد الحب في فترة سابقة لذلك . فالطلاق العاطفي قد يحدث فجأة و له أسباب عديدة.

أسباب الطلاق العاطفي

الضغوط المادية 
لا يمكن أبدا إغفال دور الأعباء و المسؤوليات و ضغوط الحياة في إجبار الزوجين على التفكير في النواحي المادية ، و المشكلات الحياتية المتعلقة بالأبناء ، و ميزانية المنزل و غيرها من الأمور التي تجعل الزوجان فريسة للتفكير في كل شيء إلا نفسهما.

الإهمال
لا يمكن للحب أن يستمر أبدا مع وجود الإهمال ، فالإهتمام هو طوق النجاة الذي يديم المحبة في القلوب ، و يحفظ الزوجين من الطلاق العاطفي ، فما إن يحدث الإهمال إلا ويبدأ الحب في الإحتضار ، و تبدأ أولى الخطوات نحو الطلاق العاطفي

الأنانية 
للأنانية دور كبير في حدوث الطلاق العاطفي ، ففيها رسالة قاسية بأن أحد الطرفين لا يقيم وزنا لمشاعر الآخر ، و لا يفكر إلا في نفسه ، و ما يريده هو فقط ، و هو الشيء الذي يحول دون إستمرار العاطفة ، و بالتالي حدوث الطلاق العاطفي

الكذب 
يجب أن يعلم كلا من الزوج و الزوجة أن للكذب آثار مدمرة ، لأنه يقتل الحب ، ليلقي به في طريق اللاعودة ، فمع الكذب ستموت الثقة ، و سيختفي الأمان ، و سيحدث التباعد ، ليبقى الطلاق العاطفي هو الواقع المسيطر على حياة الزوجين .

عدم الحرص على التواصل
من الضروري جدا أن يعلم الزوجان فوائد التواصل ، التي يأتي على رأسها تعزيز أواصر المحبة بين الزوجين ، و تجديد الحب بينهما ، لأن التواصل روح الحب و سلاح قوي في يد الزوجين ، فإذا حدث التواصل ماتت كل الفرص التي تؤدي إلى الطلاق العاطفي .

عدم الإهتمام بالعلاقة الحميمة 
يغفل العديد من الازواج دور العلاقة الحميمة في إستمرار الحب ، و المودة ، و الدفء ، فيهملونها متعللين بأمور لا قيمة لها مقارنة بما ينتظرهم من مصير قاس ، لن يتحملوه ابدا ، و هو حياة جافة خالية من الحب قائمة على الحفاظ على الشكليات و التفكير في الأبناء فقط ، حياة لم يعلن عن موت الزواج فيها إلا أن كل ما فيها يؤكد ذلك .

Emotional divorce is one of the worst things that can happen in married life and between spouses because it means the direction towards the end, the end of love, and the end of marriage.
Emotional divorce occurs between the spouses when they live together in one house, under one roof without any mutual feelings between them, and without any emotional bond between them even if love existed in the earlier period. Emotional divorce may occur suddenly and has many causes.

Causes of emotional divorce

Physical pressures
The role of burdens, responsibilities and pressures of life can never be overlooked in forcing the couple to think about the material aspects, the life problems of the children, the household budget and other things that make the couple prey on thinking about everything but themselves.

Neglect
Love can never continue with neglect. Attention is the lifeline that perpetuates love in the hearts and keeps the couple from the emotional divorce. As soon as neglect occurs, love begins to die and the first steps towards emotional divorce begin.

Selflessness
The selfishness plays a major role in the emotional divorce, in which a harsh message that one of the parties does not weigh the feelings of the other, and thinks only of himself, and what he wants is only, which prevents the continuation of emotion, and thus the emotional divorce

Lying
Both husband and wife should know that lying has devastating effects, because it kills love, to throw it in the way of no return. By lying, trust will die, safety will disappear, and the separation will occur.

Lack of care to communicate
It is very important that the couple know the benefits of communication, which comes primarily to strengthen the bonds of love between the spouses, and renewal of love between them, because the communication spirit of love and a strong weapon in the hands of the couple, if the communication died all opportunities leading to emotional divorce.

Lack of interest in intimacy
Many couples overlook the role of intimacy in the continuation of love, affection and warmth, in which they are concerned with matters that are worthless compared to what awaits them from a harsh fate, they will never bear it, and it is a dry life free of love based on the maintenance of formalities and

thinking of children Only, life has not announced the death of marriage, but all that confirms it.
