نظف كليتك قبل رمضان......Clean your kidney before Ramadan

قبل رمضان .. اعمل صيانة لكليتك

الكلية أحد أعضاء الجسم الهامة، والتى تغسل الجسم من تراكماته السامة، ولولاها لغرق الجسم فى سمومه وأملاحه، وأغلب الصائمين تتأثر كليتهم بشدة لاتباعهم عادات غذائية خاطئة خلال الصيام، كذلك عدم قدرتهم على تعويض كم المياه المطلوب للجسم فى الفترة ما بين الإفطار ووجبة السحور.
لذا ننصح بضرورة أن يبدأ الصائم قبل رمضان فى تنقية وغسيل كليتيه من الرواسب من الأملاح الضارة من خلال بعض المشروبات التى يتضمنها برنامج تنظيف كامل للكليتين ويستغرق حوالى من أسبوع كامل وحتى عشرة أيام.
ننصح بضرورة أن يبدأ الشخص فى تناول كم مضاعف من المياه يوميا، تصل إلى ما يعادل الـ 5 لترات يوميا، وتكون بشكل طبيعى وغير مركزة فى ساعة معينة من اليوم حتى لا يحدث إدرار غير طبيعى للبول فتضر الكلى بشكل عكسى، إضافة إلى غلى بعض المشروبات الطبيعية التى تغسل الكليتين، مثل مشروب البقدونس والذى يفضل تناول كوب منه صباحا . إضافة إلى كوب من الماء مضاف إليه ملعقة من العسل النحل والذى ينظف الجسم والكليتين كليا، كما يمكن أيضا للشعير والطعام المسلوق والمشروبات الصحية كمرق الدجاج واللحم دون إضافة الملح، والامتناع التام عن التوابل الحارة، والمخللات، والشاى والقهوة والشيكولاتة.

-وأن ينصت للشاكي قبل أن ينام ..
-تُغلقُ الحياة في وجهه عندما يقبلُ علينا ..
-وتفتحُ فيه أبواباً للموت ..
-تُنزعُ من بينه كل صلاحيات الصباح ..
-ويظل بيننا صابراً , يتحمل أحزاننا , ويؤمنُ روعنا ..
-ويتناسى ان هناك أبواباً مفتوحة ..!!
-مسكين هذا الليل , كلما لاحظ انهُ في الظلام ..
-أفاق مذعوراُ ..!!

كيف تزيد وزنك ....هل تريد ان تصبح بدين ....How to increase your weight .... Do you want to become fat ....

كيف ممكن زيادة الوزن ؟
يؤخذ ملعقتان من حب العزيز تنقع في الماء ليلة كاملة ثم يهرس ويصفى ويحلى بالعسل ويشرب صباحا لمدة 12 يوم .
ممكن نقع حبتان من التين في الحليب أو الماء الدافئ حتى تصبح طرية , يضاف عليها ملعقة صغيرة من اليانسون ثم يشرب ويؤكل بما فيه على الريق , ولا يؤكل بعده شئ إلا بعد ساعتين لمدة لا تقل عن 40 يوم .
ممكن غلي نصف كيلو من الحلبة مع الماء الى الغليان ثم يسكب الماء ويضاف ماء جديد ويغلى من جديد ثم يسكب الماء وهكذا تكرر العملية 5 مرات , ثم تؤخذ الحلبة وتهرس ناعمة ويضاف عليها مثل وزنها دقيق القمح ويطبخ المزيج بلبن بقر حتى يصبح عجينة ثم يوضع في بطرمان ويغلق , يؤخذ منها ملعقتان كبيرتان على الريق حتى نفاذ الكمية .
الافراط في تناول الموز والتمر والعنب يسبب السمنة وممكن ان ترفع السكر في الدم بشكل كبير .
أما التين واليانسون وحب العزيز والحلبة تسمن ولا خوف من استعمالها .
ممكن ايضا استخدام 1000 غ من المحلب (هي عبارة عن بذور صفراء شكلها مثل الحمص يشبه البيضة لكنه صغير ) مع 100 غ من سكر النبات مع 12 حبة من اللوز الحلو يسحق الجميع ويقسم الى 24 جز

ء ويؤخذ من كل جزء مرتين باليوم .
