 هي : تضع مولودها بعملية و خياطة مميتة
و بعد اسبوع ، تجدها واقفة مقصوفة الظهر
تحمل رضيعها بيد وباليد الاخرى تقلب الطبخة و في الوقت نفسه تعتني بأطفالها الآخرين تهيئهم للمدرسة ، ترتب المنزل ، و تحضّر لزيارة اهل الزوج للعشاء

* هو : عند اول عطسة تبدأ نزلة برد عارضه ،
تجده و قد لبسه الاكتئاب فيمتنع عن مزاولة اي نشاط
و يأخذ إجازة مفتوحة من عمله ، و يطلب لنفسه وجبات خاصة و أدوية خاصة و معاملة خاصة و يتأفف و يتأوه ليلا و نهارا
[ و بعد كل هذا يتهم الرجل المرأة بالدلع !]

* هي : تتابع مسلسلا في التلفزيون بينما تتصفح مجلة وتحل واجب الرياضيات مع ابنها و تناقش زوجها في موضوع جديد
و ترد على الهاتف لتهدئ أختها التي تشاجرت مع زوجها
و تؤنب ابنتها المراهقة على طوالة لسانها وتتابع كل ما سبق ذكره بنفس التركيز

* هو : يريد ان يقرأ خبر إعلاني في الجريدة ،
فيصرخ [ اسكتوا خلوني اركز ]

* هي : تذهب لوظيفتها صباحا وتعود ظهرا لتحضر الغداء وتذهب لاجتماع أولياء الامور لتتحدث مع المدرسة عن وضع ابنتها الدراسي
و تأخذ ابنتها لموعد الجلدية لحل المشكلة الأزلية * حب الشباب*
و تزور امها خطفا وتعود بوجه مبتسم و روح مرحة لتكمل و اجباتها الزوجية

* هو : يذهب الى عمله صباحا ويعود غاضبا لاعناً العمل والموظفين و يجد كل شئ جاهز ، يتغدى ، ينام ويقوم ليرى أصدقائه يعود ليتناول العشاء و يشاهد التلفزيون " مركزا" على اي برنامج وأخيرا يذهب الى فراشه و يقول [ انتو ما تحسون بتعبي ]

هي : لا تنام قبل ان تطمئن على البيت كله
و تضع رأسها المثقل بالهموم على المخدة
فتلاحقها المشاكل والهواجس و التساؤلات : مرض الولد ، دراسة البنت ، موعد أسنان الولد ، مباركة الخالة ، وعزاء الجارة ، و ماذا اطبخ غداً ..
و [ طارت النومة]

هو : يغفو قبل ان يصل رأسه الى المخدة
و يعلو شخيره ليوقظ اهل البيت ، و احيانا الجيران
ويقول صباحا [ تعبان ما نمت امس]

* هو : رجل
* هي : الجنة تحت أقدامها

واعملْ بطاعتِهِ تنلْ منـهُ الرِّضـا
إن المطيـعَ لـهُ لديـهِ مُقـرَّبُ

واقنعْ ففي بعضِ القناعةِ راحةٌ
واليأسُ ممّا فاتَ فهوَ المَطْلـبُ

فإذا طَمِعتَ كُسيتَ ثوبَ مذلَّةٍ
فلقدْ كُسيَ ثوبَ المَذلَّةِ أشعبُ

وابـدأْ عَـدوَّكَ بالتحيّـةِ ولتَكُـنْ
منـهُ زمانَـكَ خائفـاً تتـرقَّـبُ

واحـذرهُ إن لاقيتَـهُ مُتَبَسِّمـاً
فالليثُ يبدو نابُـهُ إذْ يغْـضَـبُ

إنَّ العدوَّ وإنْ تقادَمَ عهـدُهُ
فالحقدُ باقٍ في الصُّدورِ مُغَّيبُ

وإذا الصَّديـقُ لقيتَـهُ مُتملِّقـاً 
فهـوَ العـدوُّ وحـقُّـهُ يُتجـنَّـبُ

لا خيرَ في ودِّ امـريءٍ مُتملِّـقٍ
حُلـوِ اللسـانِ وقلبـهُ يتلهَّـبُ

يلقاكَ يحلفُ أنـه بـكَ واثـقٌ
وإذا تـوارَى عنكَ فهوَ العقرَبُ

يُعطيكَ من طَرَفِ اللِّسانِ حلاوةً
ويَروغُ منكَ كمـا يـروغُ الثّعلـبُ

وَصِلِ الكرامَ وإنْ رموكَ بجفوةٍ
فالصفحُ عنهمْ بالتَّجاوزِ أصـوَبُ

واخترْ قرينَكَ واصطنعهُ تفاخراً
إنَّ القريـنَ إلى المُقارنِ يُنسبُ

واخفضْ جناحَكَ للأقاربِ كُلِّهـمْ
بتذلُّـلٍ واسمـحْ لهـمْ إن أذنبوا

ودعِ الكَذوبَ فلا يكُنْ لكَ صاحباً
إنَّ الكذوبَ يشيـنُ حُـراً يَصحبُ

وزنِ الكلامَ إذا نطقـتَ ولا تكـنْ
ثرثـارةً فـي كـلِّ نـادٍ تخطُـبُ

واحفظْ لسانَكَ واحترزْ من لفظِهِ
فالمرءُ يَسلَـمُ باللسانِ ويُعطَبُ

والسِّرُّ فاكتمهُ ولا تنطُـقْ بـهِ
إنَّ الزجاجةَ كسرُها لا يُشعَبُ

وكذاكَ سرُّ المرءِ إنْ لـمْ يُطوهِ
نشرتْـهُ ألسنـةٌ تزيـدُ وتكـذِبُ

لا تحرِصَنْ فالحِرصُ ليسَ بزائدٍ
في الرِّزقِ 
بل يشقى الحريصُ ويتعبُ

ويظلُّ ملهوفـاً يـرومُ تحيّـلاً
والـرِّزقُ ليسَ بحيلةٍ يُستجلَبُ

كم عاجزٍ في الناسِ يأتي رزقُهُ
رغَـداً ويُحـرَمُ كَيِّـسٌ ويُخيَّـبُ

وارعَ الأمانةَ * والخيانةَ فاجتنبْ
واعدِلْ ولاتظلمْ يَطبْ لكَ مكسبُ

وإذا أصابكَ نكبةٌ فاصبـرْ لهـا
مـن ذا رأيـتَ مسلَّماً لا يُنْكبُ

وإذا رُميتَ من الزمانِ بريبـةٍ 
أو نالكَ الأمـرُ الأشقُّ الأصعبُ

فاضرعْ لربّك إنه أدنى لمنْ 
يدعوهُ من حبلِ الوريدِ وأقربُ

كُنْ ما استطعتَ عن الأنامِ بمعزِلٍ
إنَّ الكثيرَ من الوَرَى لا يُصحبُ

واحذرْ مُصاحبةَ اللئيم فإنّهُ 
يُعدي كما يُعدي الصحيحَ الأجربُ

واحذرْ من المظلومِ سَهماً صائباً
واعلـمْ بـأنَّ دعـاءَهُ لا يُحجَـبُ

وإذا رأيتَ الرِّزقَ عَزَّ ببلـدةٍ
وخشيتَ فيها أن يضيقَ المذهبُ

فارحلْ فأرضُ اللهِ واسعةَ الفَضَا
طولاً وعَرضاً شرقُهـا والمغرِبُ

فلقدْ نصحتُكَ إنْ قبلتَ نصيحتي
فالنُّصحُ أغلى ما يُباعُ ويُوهَـبُ
