1-الاستمرار في موافقة الآخرين ومسايرتهم أغلب الأوقات حتى وإن كانت غير تتفق مع آرائك ومبادئك خوفا من غضبهم
2-سرعه تنفيذ طلبات الآخرين ورغبتهم ولو على حساب حقوقك الشخصيه وراحتك.
3-ضعف القدرة على إظهار المشاعر الداخلية والتعبير عنها
4-ضعف القدرة على إبداء الرأي ووجهة النظر والتردد وعدم الثقه في ذاتك واحترامها
5-الحرص الزائد على مشاعر الآخرين والخوف المستمر علي إزعاجم
6-التقليد الأعمى للآخرين وعدم احترام اختلاف الظروف.
7- صعوبة النظر في عيون الآخرين خجلا والتحدث معهم و ضعف نبرات الصوت
8-التهاون الزائد عن حقك في مواقف لا يناسب فيها ذلك التهاون.
9-صعوبه الحزم في اتخاذ القرارات والمضي فيها أو التراجع في القرارات والتهاون في تنفيذها
10-الخوف من كلام الناس واخذ آرائهم في أمورك الشخصيه والسماح لهم في تدخلهم في حياتك اليوميه والقرارات المصيريه.
