أعشاب لتسهيل الولادة :
من أصعب اللّحظات التي تخشاها أي امرأة حامل هي لحظات الولادة فهي من أصعب السّاعات التي تمر بها أي امرأه, حيث أن الألم الذى تتعرّض له الأم عند وضعها للجنين لا يضاهيه أي ألم آخر وقد اهتم الأطبّاء بهذا الأمر ويحاولون استعمال بعض العقاقير التي قد تخفّف من آلام الولادة و تسريع عمليّة الطّلق لتقليل ساعات الألم التي تعانيها الأم وكما اعتنى الأطبّاء الكيميائيّين بهذا الأمر اهتم أطبّاء التداوي بالأعشاب بهذا الأمر أيضاً وأوضحوا بعد البحث والتّجربة بأنّ هناك أعشاب وخلطات طبيعيّة يمكن من شأنها تسهيل عمليّة الولادة وهذه الأعشاب مثل :
1.حبوب الحلبة :
بجانب ما تحتويه من مواد وزيوت مفيدة للجسم ككل فهي لها خواص مسكّنة أيضاً وهذا قد يفيد بشكل جيّد أثناء عمليّة الطّلق ووضع الجنين بحيث إن تناولت المرأة المقبلة على الولادة مقدار كوب من الحلبة المغليّة محلّى بالعسل الأبيض ذلك سيسهل عمليّة الولادة ويسرّعها ولو قليلاً .
2.أوراق نبات المرمية :
يستخدم ماء غلي أوراق نبات المرمية منذ القديم في تسهيل عمليّة الطّلق لان له خواص مقوّية تعمل على تقوية الرّحم وتخفيف الآلام أثناء عمليّة الولادة
3.اليانسون :
اليانسون من الأعشاب المفيدة جداً وتستخدم كعلاج عشبي في الكثير من الوصفات العلاجيّة وعن استخدامه في تسهيل الولادة فله تأثير كبير في تسريع عمليّة الطّلق كما أنّ له خواص مهدّئة فيعمل على تهدئة المرأة في وقت الولادة ويمنع حدوث التشنّجات وذلك بشرب كوب من اليانسون المغلي عند الإحساس بقرب الطّلق .
4.زيت بذر الكتّان:
إنّ تناول ثلاث ملاعق من زيت بذر الكتّان قبل حدوث الطّلق بعدّة دقائق يسهّل ويسرّع عمليّة الطّلق بشكل كبير لما له من مذاق حار مفيد جداً في هذه الأوقات
5.الحبّة السوداء :
الحبّة السوداء ّأو حبّة البركة تعد من أفضل الأعشاب التي تسهّل عمليّة الولادة على الإطلاق فتناول كوب من ماء غلى حبة البركة المحلّى بالعسل الأبيض يعد من أقوى المسهلات التي تفوق نتيجته المسهلّات الدّوائية التي يصفها الأطبّاء في هذه الحالات . والزّعتر والبابونج ( الكاموميل ) والشمر والكراوية هذه كلّها أعشاب تسهّل عملية الولادة وتعين الأم في هذه الاوقات العصيبة .
