مسكين هذا الليل ..!!
-يأتي إلينا دائما سعيداً ..
-يحاول جاهدا أن يساعد الحزين على لملمة أحزانه ..
-وأن يهدي الفقير رحمة من وعاء رحمته ..!!
-وأن ينصت للشاكي قبل أن ينام ..
-تُغلقُ الحياة في وجهه عندما يقبلُ علينا ..
-وتفتحُ فيه أبواباً للموت ..
-تُنزعُ من بينه كل صلاحيات الصباح ..
-ويظل بيننا صابراً , يتحمل أحزاننا , ويؤمنُ روعنا ..
-ويتناسى ان هناك أبواباً مفتوحة ..!!
-مسكين هذا الليل , كلما لاحظ انهُ في الظلام ..
-أفاق مذعوراُ ..!!

كيف تزيد وزنك ....هل تريد ان تصبح بدين ....How to increase your weight .... Do you want to become fat ....

كيف ممكن زيادة الوزن ؟
يؤخذ ملعقتان من حب العزيز تنقع في الماء ليلة كاملة ثم يهرس ويصفى ويحلى بالعسل ويشرب صباحا لمدة 12 يوم .

ممكن غلي نصف كيلو من الحلبة مع الماء الى الغليان ثم يسكب الماء ويضاف ماء جديد ويغلى من جديد ثم يسكب الماء وهكذا تكرر العملية 5 مرات , ثم تؤخذ الحلبة وتهرس ناعمة ويضاف عليها مثل وزنها دقيق القمح ويطبخ المزيج بلبن بقر حتى يصبح عجينة ثم يوضع في بطرمان ويغلق , يؤخذ منها ملعقتان كبيرتان على الريق حتى نفاذ الكمية .
الافراط في تناول الموز والتمر والعنب يسبب السمنة وممكن ان ترفع السكر في الدم بشكل كبير .
أما التين واليانسون وحب العزيز والحلبة تسمن ولا خوف من استعمالها .
ممكن ايضا استخدام 1000 غ من المحلب (هي عبارة عن بذور صفراء شكلها مثل الحمص يشبه البيضة لكنه صغير ) مع 100 غ من سكر النبات مع 12 حبة من اللوز الحلو يسحق الجميع ويقسم الى 24 جز

ء ويؤخذ من كل جزء مرتين باليوم .
